Loving and Leaving Las Vegas

There's a whole lot of working going on! I know it's hard to believe with all of the fun things I'm sharing but it's true...we work hard and then we play hard.

Most of the work crew! Wrapping things up on the final days.

Playing hard just looks REALLY different these days. WHOOP WHOOP: ENTER BESTIE - Myka and I attempted to go out one night...ate dinner then got in bed before 9 PM! haha

Dinner at Zuma in our hotel and then we found a puppy we could take home for the family!

Tried to go down to the pool for a relaxing afternoon after a full day of conferences and I had to laugh...it was NOT relaxing to say the least.

I hunkered down, made the best of it, and left shortly after with only a wind burn!

Coincidentally, there were others having some hair snafus at the same exact time I was getting blown out of my pool chair. I got a call from the bears back home.

Getting a facetime about some hair questions! I miss these two and can't wait to see them soon:)

Most people I know don't do enough of the down time stuff...this is me taking that time. You won't get the best of me crazy wind. Off to the spa.

This being open until 7 PM was AMAZING and relatively cheap for hotel guests..

I have nothing to say about this. Just another pretty pic from the hotel room.

The 40-something road trip comparison involves Myka and I both working in the hotel for the majority of the day. I was running to conferences and checking emails and she was working remotely. I think we actually enjoyed this which is terrifying.

Then, the BEST part of the day is getting room service, crawling in the bed before 7 PM and the table was rolled up to our beds while we were in PJs. Nothing like eating while watching trashy TV and not having to move at all. haha

In contrast, the 20-something Vegas trip involved trying to see ALL the places, eat ALL the foods, drink ALL the drinks, and deciding it would be a smart idea to shake all those up on a roller coaster ride. No need to fear, if you feel sick in the airport the next day, just hold it in!

Closing out Vegas strong with Love in Las Vegas - John Legend's first night of his residency. It was awesome. I went with some fun coworkers:)

When he sang Bridge Over Troubled Water, it was beautiful!

I am uncertain if this blog is coherent in any way, shape or form. It has been jam packed with fun, friends and foolishness! Starting the trek home soon and will post when I can.

Have a great night everyone!
